Job Title: Police Officer I
Location: Sokehs Municipal Government
Salary: USD $160.00 bi-weekly plus COLA
Number of Positions: 5
Duties and Responsibilities:
A Police Officer should have up-to-date knowledge of relevant local and state laws. Public safety is their key duty. To achieve this goal, a Police Officer is skilled in operating police vehicles, emergency equipment, and computers. They patrol their assigned zones to prevent crimes and enforce the law. From arresting suspects to monitoring traffic or writing reports, a Police Officer strives to defend and protect others
Protects life and property through the enforcement of laws & regulations; proactively patrols assigned areas.
Responds to calls for police service.
Conducts preliminary & follow-up criminal and traffic investigations.
● At least completed High school.
●Basic knowledge of laws.
●Computer skills (Microsoft word, and Excel)
● Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
●must have a Driver’s License
